Licence details

The fee you pay for a track grants you or your named business a non-exclusive licence to use the track in the productions you or your named business makes.  Before you make a purchase you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of the licence agreement by checking a box.

A copy of the music licence agreement filled in with your details will be included in the music download zip file. 

The licence allows you:

• to use the music in any of your productions provided it is synchronised with other audio and/or visual images;
• to make unlimited copies of the production containing the music in any format whether for sale to the public or not;
• to broadcast or distribute the production containing the music worldwide;
• to edit the music to suit your production.

The term of the licence will continue until the copyright in the music expires (70 years after the death of the composer).
